A summit where every guest has a level.
Guests register for the Business Summit through Ticket2U. As they visit booths and collect points, their level goes up from Staff to Manager, VP, and CEO. Each level has its own OctoBiz. The totem is where guests meet theirs in person and take a photo together.

Four OctoBiz, one for each level.
Before a guest takes a photo, their Ticket2U profile shows the OctoBiz for their current level on its own.

Six screens, about 45 seconds.
Tap each step to see the totem screen. The guest leaves as soon as the photo is taken; the video is made in the background.

04 / WHAT GUESTS GET
Their Ticket2U avatar comes to life.
The totem does not show a result page. Two minutes after the photo, the default OctoBiz on the guest's Ticket2U profile is replaced by a 5-second video of them with their OctoBiz.

05 / LEVEL UP
No need to come back to the totem.
When a guest reaches a new level, Ticket2U lets us know. We make a new video from the photo they already took, with the OctoBiz for their new level, and it replaces the old one on their profile.

The guests who said yes, on the big screen.
Guests who tick the optional consent box can appear in a 30-second recap edit of OctoBiz videos, delivered to the event organiser for the summit screens. This is an add-on to the totem.
