Every guest has an OctoBiz companion in Ticket2U that matches their level. At the totem they take one photo with it. From then on, their Ticket2U avatar is a short video of them and their OctoBiz, and it updates by itself each time they level up.

01 / THE EVENT
A summit where every guest has a level.
Guests register through Ticket2U and receive a ticket ID with a QR. Visits to event booths add points in Ticket2U, which moves their OctoBiz from Staff to Manager, VP, and CEO. They can visit our photo totem at any level.

Visit booths, level up
Ticket2U tracks points and the current level. The default OctoBiz animation changes with that level, even before the guest takes a photo.

Take a photo at our totem
The guest scans the same ticket QR, meets their current OctoBiz, and takes one photo for a personal video.

02 / THE LEVELS
Four OctoBiz, one for each level.
Before a guest takes a photo, their Ticket2U profile shows a five-second OctoBiz animation for the level they have reached.
03 / WHAT GUESTS DO
Five screens, about 45 seconds for the first photo.
Tap each step to see the totem screen. Guests can retake up to three times, which extends their time at the totem. Video rendering continues after they leave.

05 / TICKET2U CONNECTION
What the totem needs from Ticket2U.
The proposed connection uses the ticket to identify the guest and their current OctoBiz level. Ticket2U continues to manage registration, points, levels, and the profile.
Identify the ticket
The totem scans the Ticket2U QR and resolves it to a ticket ID. A typed ticket ID is the fallback.
Greet the guest
Using that ID, our app requests first name and current level. The screen can then say “Hi, Rina” and play the matching OctoBiz loop.
Return the result
After the photo, our server makes a still and MP4. Ticket2U receives the latest media link or file through an agreed endpoint. The original photo and still can be made available for download.
Update on level change
Ticket2U sends the ticket ID and new level. Our server queues a new render from the stored photo, then updates the media Ticket2U displays.
To confirm with Ticket2U: QR payload, guest lookup, level-change notification, media delivery, and the guest profile link. Our totem does not read or award points.
06 / LEVEL UP
No need to come back to the totem.
When a guest reaches a new level, Ticket2U lets us know. We make a new video from the photo they already took, with the OctoBiz for their new level, and it replaces the old one on their profile.
MORE GUESTS
07 / EVENT RECAP · OPTIONAL
The guests who said yes, on the big screen.
Once at least ten guests have opted in, our team can manually edit a 30-second recap from their OctoBiz videos. The recap ends with an invitation to take a photo at the totem. This edit is a separate add-on for the event organiser.
